What is your shipping policy and charge? TOP
We offer free shipping on orders over $30. Other orders will be subject to a flat shipping fee depending on the country you are in (US- $3.00; Canada- $4.00; All Others- $8.00). We ship using USPS First Class Mail Domestic & International.

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP
Our turnaround time is usually just a few days, and we ship via USPS First Class Mail.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We process your credit card or bank account through PayPal's secure service. You are not required to have a PayPal account. The charge on your statement will appear as PAYPAL*LOVEHAIRBOWS.

You also have the option of mailing a money order. After completing your order online, please write your order number on the money order and mail payment to: Love Hairbows, 570 Caseys Crossing, Winder GA 30680. Your order will be shipped when payment is received.

How do I qualify for the free hairbow and bracelet? TOP
Add your email address to our newsletter list and you'll be automatically entered in the drawing for our free hairbow and bracelet given away monthly. If you win, we will contact you to choose a hairbow from our site, and we'll make the bracelet to match. Any of our small, medium, large, and extra large grosgrain hairbows or ponytail streamers are included (dancer organza bows, satin bows and clips are excluded.) The bow and bracelet are custom-made after you choose. No purchase is necessary, although by entering your email address you will receive periodic newsletters regarding our specials and featured items.

How often will I receive newsletters from your site? TOP
Our newsletters go out periodically to announce special sales or promotions and new products, usually about once per month.

What is your privacy policy? TOP
We never sell, rent or share your email address or other personal information with anyone. We detest spam, and we're sure you do too. If you'd like your email address removed from our newsletter list, simply use our contact form and ask us to remove you; we'll do it within three days!

What is the quality of your items? TOP
Our items are all boutique quality (or better)! We use premium high thread count ribbon made in America. Our hardware is sturdy and durable. Ribbon ends are heat-sealed to prevent fraying. Our clips are lined to give them a finished look. We pay attention to detail and quality check every item before it's shipped. Your new hairbows and accessories will be securely and nicely packaged in a box and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We never use flat or bubble envelopes to ship your bows. As an added bonus, we always surprise you with an extra item in every order! How do I wash and care for my little girls' bows? TOP
When possible, spot clean only with a damp cloth - don't rub too hard. If it is necessary to wash the whole bow, use mild soap and running water - don't immerse. Lay flat to dry.

All bows need fluffing up now and then. Reshape the loops making them as "poofy" as desired and spray lightly with starch. Allow to dry completely before use.

Your new bows have been sprayed with Scotchgard® to reduce soiling. They also contain small parts which are a choking hazard. Please do not allow children to put bows in their mouths. Do not allow children to wear our products while unattended.
